ROLE

• Acquisition of sales mandates
• Analysis of real estate values for the brokerage of houses and apartments
• Search for land for real estate project development and sale

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and German
• Knowledge of English and French
• Experience and excellent skills in real estate sales and brokerage or
• Experience in consulting/sales of insurance or banking products
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Good organizational and management skills
• Ability to work independently, but also in a TEAM
• Familiarity with IT and telecommunications technologies
• Driver’s license and own car
• Ideal age 25-45
