The Residenza Sassa is located close to the forest, in the Sassa district of Gnosca. The plot is situated higher than the rest of the village and thus offers a view of the entire valley. The project includes three new buildings. The type of construction envisaged allows for excellent thermal insulation of the residential envelope and a lower environmental impact thanks to the use of natural and ecological materials that positively affect the indoor air quality. The technology used and the air quality inside the living spaces generate a sense of well-being in line with the parameters of the Swiss Minergie Label. Several underground parking spaces are also available.
