Experienced accountant

Well-established real estate agency in Locarno is looking for someone to start immediately or at a mutually agreed date:

EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT

Independent and stimulating work within a solid and well-established company.

ACCOUNTING:

  • Keeping ordinary accounts (creditors and debtors, bank and cash)
  • Periodic processing of creditor invoice payments
  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Recording of annual and interim closing operations
  • Preparation of SME annual accounts in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations
  • Handling of various administrative tasks requested by the client
  • Preparation of documents for the auditing office
  • Knowledge of payroll management

TAXATION

  • Preparation of VAT returns
  • Preparation of tax returns for individuals/legal entities
  • Preparation of withholding tax adjustment returns
  • Appeals against tax assessments

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 3 years of work experience with diploma
  • Accounting experience and knowledge of the main IT systems
  • Ability to prepare annual accounts for SMEs
  • Discretion, adaptability and good resistance to stress
  • Accuracy and reliability
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian, knowledge of German (B1) and English
