ROLE

• Coordination of the team of real estate agents and management of relations with other agencies and the various offices involved
• Acquisition of sales mandates
• Analysis of property values for the brokerage of houses and flats
• Search for land for real estate development and sale

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Real Estate Marketing or Real Estate Management or equivalent diploma
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and German
• Knowledge of English and French
• Experience in real estate valuation and/or technical knowledge with excellent mediation skills
• or
• Experience in consulting/sales of insurance or banking products
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Good organisational and management skills
• Familiarity with IT and telecommunications technologies
• Driving licence and own car
• Ideal age 30/45 years
