  • Acquisition of sales mandates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analysis of real estate values for the brokerage of houses and apartments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Search for land for real estate project development and sale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and German<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of English and French<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience and excellent skills in real estate sales and brokerage or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in consulting\/sales of insurance or banking products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good knowledge of the local area<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good organizational and management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work independently, but also in a TEAM<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with IT and telecommunications technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Driver’s license and own car<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ideal age 25-45<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
