ROLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Coordination of the team of real estate agents and management of relations with other agencies and the various offices involved<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Acquisition of sales mandates<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Analysis of property values for the brokerage of houses and flats<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Search for land for real estate development and sale<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Diploma in Real Estate Marketing or Real Estate Management or equivalent diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and German<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of English and French<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in real estate valuation and\/or technical knowledge with excellent mediation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • or<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in consulting\/sales of insurance or banking products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good knowledge of the local area<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Good organisational and management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Familiarity with IT and telecommunications technologies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Driving licence and own car<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ideal age 30\/45 years<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
