Well-established real estate agency in Locarno is looking for someone to start immediately or at a mutually agreed date:

EXPERIENCED ACCOUNTANT<\/strong>

Independent and stimulating work within a solid and well-established company.

ACCOUNTING:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Keeping ordinary accounts (creditors and debtors, bank and cash)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Periodic processing of creditor invoice payments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparation of VAT returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Recording of annual and interim closing operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparation of SME annual accounts in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Handling of various administrative tasks requested by the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Preparation of documents for the auditing office<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Knowledge of payroll management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    TAXATION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Preparation of VAT returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preparation of tax returns for individuals\/legal entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preparation of withholding tax adjustment returns<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Appeals against tax assessments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      • At least 3 years of work experience with diploma<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Accounting experience and knowledge of the main IT systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ability to prepare annual accounts for SMEs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Discretion, adaptability and good resistance to stress<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Accuracy and reliability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ability to work in a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Excellent knowledge of Italian, knowledge of German (B1) and English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
